Completely rewrite the file properties/warning/about file formats
All file information should be stored in a single XML file.
Reorganize and standardize file information sets
File information files and internal arrays should use this standardized format. Add modified, created, and source (the location of the original file, as opposed to the link location of the targetted resource), and rename warning to advisory. Need a more logical order to the attributes.

The site location preference should not be used to determine the base of the directory (it is currently assumed that the site location is the same as the directory that stores the main script). All Downy files should be allowed in a separate directory branch from accessible directories without breaking.
