Multiple workspace support in Dingo
Dingo now supports multiple workspaces. For those of you who aren't familiar with workspaces (also known as virtual desktops), it's a way to organize your workflow and give you more space on your desktop. Think of browser tabs for the desktop. Instead of being limited to a single desktop where all of your windows reside, you can quickly switch among multiple workspaces to get some free room for more work. Multiple workspaces is a common feature in Linux desktop environments, and there are some tools to provide similar functionality for Windows and Mac OS X (although my experience has been that multiple workspaces in Windows creates a significant performance hit, unlike on Linux). You can now switch workspaces in Dingo by going to the Workspaces menu. I plan to provide a more easily accessible interface later (the API is really simple).
I have also added the ability for an application item on the menu to refer to a website as a fallback if JavaScript is disabled. The idea is that the system can provide all of the basic services even if JavaScript is disabled, although via different websites. Currently the menu isn't viewable with JavaScript disabled and CSS enabled, but that will change eventually.
