Specification lookup tool

Today I added a new tool to Web Devout: Specification lookup. This tool allows you to type a keyword for a feature in HTML, CSS, or DOM and be brought instantly to that part of the specification. It makes use of the link data in the Web browser standards support resource as well as some special keywords like html elements or css spec.

This tool could prove useful in things like IRC bots or Firefox's Quick Search feature.
