New browser support additions

I've added Firefox 1.5 HTML, CSS, and ECMAScript support information to the Web browser standards support page, and I'm currently working on the DOM information. Also, there is a new preferences section that allows you to pick which web browsers to display on the support pages. The preferences are not yet remembered between sessions, but I may add an option to do so in the future.
