Google Offers Personalization of Homepage
Google now offers a way to add personalized content to the Google homepage. The service has a rather sleek interface, and has about anything I'd want available. There are, however, two things that I'd like to see added: a way to display Gmail messages that are in labels, not just in the inbox (because I have it automatically sort some things and remove from the inbox to save space); and a way to add newsfeeds to the page.
The functionality is nice, although I'm not sure if I'm actually going to use the service in the long run. I kind of like having a bare bones page. I'll give it a test drive and see how I feel after a while. I know the weather feature at least will be useful.
