Ambition Dejected
Pound away, my brother
And forge your mighty temple
Athroned and crowned you'll be when comes the day
An eagle's call can fall it
Fix thine eye on the plank
Take your breath, my brother, pound away
We fashion dreams in glass
While life is throwing stones
Don't give in to a single shattered pane
A senator removed
Can straighten out his suit
And once again his throne and crown regain
Ambition dejected
Regression unconscious to be unconscious
Direction directed away
A mental deflection
An overcorrection to incorrection
A lack of connection with it
Don't cast down your sword
And surrender to the horde
Don't loosen your grip
And let the hammer slip
Dreams cast shadows
But reflect the light as well
Don't sit and wait to hear the iron bell
Ambition dejected
Regression unconscious to be unconscious
Direction directed away
A mental deflection
An overcorrection to incorrection
A lack of connection with it
A border erected
A mirror reflected an image that wrecked it
The pieces collected again
A loss of affection
A mute introspection finds imperfection
No recollection of doubt
Omission corrected
A mission rejected
