I saw this link in a message board post on the Dream Theater website: Three of Four Bush Supporters Still Believe in Iraqi WMD, al Qaeda Ties.

This is unbelievable. The Duelfer Report, which was made by the CIA after a billion dollar investigation, clearly showed that Saddam Hussein stopped all WMD programs after 1991, and all WMDs were dismantled shortly thereafter.

This is nothing short of frightening that an overwhelming majority of Bush supporters are so out of touch with reality. Not only do 72% of the surveyed Bush supporters still believe that there were WMDs in Iraq and ties to al Qaeda, which, again, the Duelfer Report pretty much proved wasn't the case, but 57% percent actually believed that the Duelfer Report supported those beliefs!

It's truly amazing how easily so many people can be manipulated. It's likely that Bush will be reelected for a second term, simply for the fact that a majority of our population wants to live in a bubble where all they do is follow whatever their leader tells them. Blind loyalty has been one of the most dangerous things in all of history, and we can clearly see that there's a lot of it in this country. America continues to go down the toilet.
